Is wellbeing-first marketing, or is it baked in?

Baked in. When your stress runs high three days in a row, the plan automatically caps your hours and slides rest up — you stay in control of every block. We will never sell you a 12-hour study marathon.

Do I have to use voice? I prefer typing.

Type, pick from a list of subjects and moods, or hold to dictate — whichever feels easiest. Most aspirants log in five taps without speaking a word. Voice is an option, not a requirement.

What if Groq is down? Does the AI just fail?

A rule-based planning engine runs on our own servers as a permanent fallback. You will always wake up to a plan — it may be a touch less personalised when the AI is unavailable, but it will never be missing.

Will it work as a mobile app?

Provra is built as a Progressive Web App today — install it to your home screen on iOS or Android and it behaves like a native app, including the start-session widget and offline sessions. Dedicated iOS and Android builds are in the works.

Is the parental dashboard optional?

Yes, and free. You decide whether to share, and you revoke access in two clicks from Settings. Parents only see progress percentages, session counts, and burnout status — never your transcripts, journal entries, or numeric stress level.

Which exams do you support today?

UPSC Civil Services, JEE Main + Advanced, NEET-UG, CFA Levels 1 + 2 are seeded with full chapter trees. NCERT integration is next. You can request additional exams from Settings — we batch and prioritise by demand.

How do I cancel? What's the refund policy?

Cancel from Settings in two taps, or email support. We refund any annual payment within 7 days, no questions asked, and prorate after that. Your logs and history stay accessible on the Free plan after cancellation.
